The new website was built with no database but used AI.
For 30+ years I’ve been the guy quietly future-proofing digital experiences. I learned ColdFusion on the fly in 2009, rescued a museum’s entire video archive after a hack, reverse-engineered broken 2007 Flash kiosks, animation, illustrations, video editing and built a full VR recreation of The Cable Center that you can still walk through on a 2026 Meta Quest.
Today I do all of that faster, smarter, and more affordably than ever — using AI (Grok and Grok Build & Claude.ai) + custom Squarespace, WordPress or Joomla.
My new site is made to work on my desktop, upload to Github for backup and then forwards to Cloudflare (for free hosting). Essentially the new site has the functionality of a Squarespace site with no bloat or conflicting plugins. The new site is similar to pure HTML and Javascript as if it was 1998. The differrence is I had a team of designers and coders, all AI agents. I tell them what I want and they design it. I give feedback and finalize the design. Then I have it code the site. It is also automated.
